Fired? How to come out smelling like a rose

You may have to do a little finessing, but you can come out of being fired and still have a great chance at another job. First, use a little humility. If the subject comes up, quickly state what happened, then state how you have rectified your part in it. Let the new employer know how you learned a valuable lesson and how it was a growing experience.
