Also, people only look at this economic indicator one way…the negative one. If you stop to consider, a 5% unemployment rate means there is a 95% employment rate.
Like most things in life, attitude is the best determiner of success. We see many individuals who, motivated to advance themselves, successfully manage a job search in even the worst economic conditions. And, in every case, they were glad they made the effort.
