How to Tap the Hidden Job Market

If you are a union member or belong to an organization in your field, let them know right away that you are seeking a new job. If you do depend on looking in the newspaper – Sunday papers have the most listings. You need to have your resume out the door by Monday morning if you want to be in the running.
