You need to keep track of all aspects of your job search. You need to know the name of your interviewers. You need a list of all the companies you have you contacted, and all the companies that have contacted you. The process can be simple. Mark a paper with headings. Write down outcomes and any special notes. Set up a system that works best for you. It helps to keep you sane and at the same time you’ll be in charge of your own job search.
